The pictured model is a demo model and Some of the less-essential parts are subject to change based on availability, but will be of similar type & quality: fan brand, ssd brand, PSU brand, cable colors, lcd screen brand. PSU may be a combination that will reach at least the amount specified. The Z390 UD Motherboard, INTEL I3 cpu, and size of ram/storage will not change.
